Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every US order, with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Personalized book embossers are made to order for the name you type, then shipped to you. Most arrive 10 to 16 days after you order.
Personalized photo blankets are printed to order in the US. Most arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

December can add a few days.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Yes, if you order by our holiday dates: December 5 for book embossers and December 8 for photo blankets.

How does personalization work?

On the product page, choose your design and type the name. The live preview shows exactly what you are ordering. Please check the spelling, because each item is made exactly as typed.

What paper does the embosser work on?

Book pages, notebooks, cards and envelopes of normal thickness. Very thick card or glossy coated pages take a lighter impression.

Will I be charged import fees?

No. Any import charges are prepaid as part of shipping. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.

Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email a photo to support@hearthlings.shop within 14 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Because personalized items are made for one name, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or for a spelling typed at checkout.
