How big is the pendant?
18 mm across, about the size of a dime, on an 18 inch chain with a lobster clasp. It's small and delicate, so short messages read best.
How much handwriting fits?
A signature or 2 to 4 short words. Longer messages would be too small to read, so we'll suggest the best part of your note.
What if the handwriting is faded or messy?
We clean it up by hand, keeping the shapes of their letters, and show you the result before engraving. If it can't be made readable at this size, we'll tell you and refund you.
What is it made of?
316L surgical-grade stainless steel, which resists rust and is unlikely to irritate skin.
When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive 6 to 10 days after you approve the layout. Order by December 6 for Christmas delivery.
What if something is wrong?
If it arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, email a photo to support@hearthlings.shop within 30 days and we will remake it free or refund you.
