Shipping policy
We ship to the 50 US states. Delivery time depends on the item, and each product page tells you which group it is in.
Personalized items (ornaments, blankets)
Made to order in US print shops. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then 3 to 5 business days in transit. Most arrive within 7 to 10 business days of ordering.
All other items
Made overseas and shipped to you directly. Packed within 1 to 3 business days, with most US orders arriving 8 to 14 days after you order.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every US order. If your order contains items from both groups, they may arrive in separate packages.
Holiday order-by dates (standard shipping)
- Advent calendars: order by November 14 to have it before December 1.
- Personalized items: order by December 8 for Christmas delivery.
- All other items: order by December 5 for Christmas delivery.
Orders placed after these dates still ship as fast as possible, but we can't guarantee arrival before Christmas.
Import fees
For items made overseas, we prepay US import tariffs as part of shipping, so you should not be asked to pay anything at your door. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, please contact us before paying and we will sort it out.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email support@hearthlings.shop and we'll look into it right away.
