What photo should I send?
A clear phone photo at eye level, in good light, with the eyes and both ears in focus. If your pet has markings that matter, add a second photo. If a photo won't work well, we'll tell you before we start.
When do I see my portrait?
Within 24 hours of ordering we email you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and you can ask for changes.
How big is it?
The canvas is 12 x 16 inches, about the size of a large hardcover book, and 0.75 inches deep with the artwork wrapped around the edges. It arrives ready to hang.
Is it hand-painted?
No. Your portrait is created digitally in a painted style from your photo, then printed on matte canvas in the USA. You approve the artwork before it's printed.
When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive 6 to 10 days after you approve your proof. Order by December 6 for Christmas delivery.
What if something is wrong?
If it arrives damaged or isn't what you approved, email a photo to support@hearthlings.shop within 30 days and we will remake it free or refund you.
