When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive 10 to 16 days after you order. Each embosser is made to order for the name you type, then shipped to you with tracking. Order by December 5 for Christmas delivery.
What paper does it work on?
Book pages, notebooks, cards and envelopes of normal thickness. Very thick card or glossy coated pages take a lighter impression.
Can I see the seal before I order?
Yes. The preview at the top of this page shows your chosen design with the name you type.
What if something is wrong?
If we make a mistake or it arrives damaged, email a photo to support@hearthlings.shop within 14 days and we will replace it free. Because each embosser is made for one name, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or for a spelling typed at checkout.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, on every US order. Any import charges are prepaid, so nothing is due at your door.
Can I send it straight to them?
